HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 1339 OF 2012 ORDER:

Sri T.C.D. Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application under G.O.Ms.Nos.58 and 59.

Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty as prayed. If any application, as aforementioned, is made by the petitioner, the concerned authority shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law. While passing this order, I shall not be understood to have examined whether petitioner can make application under the aforementioned Government orders.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
