This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, under Section 24 of Code of Civil procedure, 190g, seeking the Court to tralsfer F.C.O.P. No. 519 of 2022 from the Court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Hanamakonda, to the Court of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Il Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Principal Family Court, Medchal, Malkajgiri at Kukatpally, and to try along with F.C.O.p. No. 572 of 2022. 2.
None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. There was no representation even on |Z.IO.2O23, 21.11.2023 and 13.72.2023. Though the matter is listed on this day under the caption "For Dismissal", yet there is no representation. 3.
