THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29621 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh application to the Deputy Commissioner, GHMC, Kapra Circle, for redressal of his grievance and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondentCorporation. On the other hand, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that if any such application is made by the petitioner herein, the same will be considered and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to file an appropriate representation to the respondent-Municipal Corporation, for redressal of his grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and if any such representation is made by the petitioner herein, within the time stipulated above, the respondent-Municipal Corporation is directed to consider the same and take appropriation action/pass appropriate Orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
