THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18781 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the Police Authorities in opening a rowdy sheet in the name of the petitioner on the file of the Afzalgunj Police Station, Hyderabad. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that as per the written instructions dated 10.06.2015 received from the Inspector of police, Afzalgunj Police Station, the petitioner expired on 01.01.2014 and the rowdy sheet opened against him was closed on 23.04.2015.

Taking note of the aforestated facts, the writ petition is closed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
