THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1513 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed questioning the order dated 15.04.2015 in I.A.No.631 of 2015 in O.P.No.494 of 2015 on the file of the XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby the petition filed by the petitioner herein seeking stay of elections to the Executive Committee of the 1st respondent Association scheduled to be held on 29.03.2014, was dismissed.

When the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the subject matter of the revision has become infructuous, as much as the elections, which were sought to be stayed by the present I.A., were already held and subsequently another O.P. being O.P.No.871 of 2015 was filed challenging the said elections. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed that the elections to the Executive Committee of the 1st respondent Association were already held.

In view of the above submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
