Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in putting the seal and lock to the petitioner's super market by name Sri Balaji Hyper Store situated in premises bearing D.No.7-3-338340 at Church compound, Study Circle, Khammam without following due procedure.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that after filing the writ petition, keys of the petitioner's super market was handed over to her. He also says that but seizure of the petitioner's shop is illegal.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-police shall not interfere with the life, liberty and business of the petitioner except in accordance with law.
