The claim for refund was made by the petitioners on 03.11.2014. So far, no orders have been passed on the same. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the refund claim of the petitioner and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
