O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - police authorities are not registering the crime based on his complaint dated 18.06.2018 and taking action in accordance with law.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Nandigama Police Station, Krishna District, dated 24.08.2018, stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and it was found to be civil in nature and the same was intimated to the petitioner vide notice dated 22.06.2018 under Section 91 of Cr.P.C. and the petitioner acknowledge the same. Along with written instructions, copy of notice dated 22.06.2018, acknowledged by the petitioner is filed. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
