THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9401 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 255 of 2013 on the file of Mattawada Police Station, Warangal District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that after completing the investigation, the police have filed a final report on 04.08.2013 before the Court of the VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class at Warangal referring the case as 'civil in nature'.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
