This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.103 of 2014 of SHO, Parvathipuram Police Station, Vizianagaram District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of IPC, but subsequently, charge sheet was filed and numbered as C.C.No.173 of 2016. 2.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
