HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 12334 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action in pursuance to the petitioner's complaints dated 30.06.2014, 20.06.2016 and 21.11.2016 as illegal and arbitrary. A perusal of the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition goes to show that the writ petition is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to file Public Interest Litigation.
