THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 384 OF 2015 P.C: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the instant contempt case, the petitioner has alleged willful disobedience of the direction to the respondent to pass fresh orders duly taking into consideration the representation of Smt. V. Navaneetha, the 2nd respondent in the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite specific direction, the petitioner's representation had not been considered. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed before us the order dated 08.06.2015, which shows that the petitioner's representation was considered and rejected.

In view thereof, we do not find any disobedience of the order, as alleged, though there was delay in passing the order. The delay seems to be in view of bifurcation of the States. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 08.06.2015, if he so desires and advised. Keeping that remedy open to the petitioner, the contempt case is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________
