Heard both sides.

There are no grounds to interfere with the impugned order, however, after accused entered the defence if at all any such requirement of sending the pro-note to expert saying there is no legally enforceable debt or other liability and the very borrowel under the pro-note is untrue for the initial burden lies on him under reverse onus clause as per settled law such an application can be considered on own merits. Accordingly, this criminal revision is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
