Learned counsel for the petitioners is present.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on filing of Charge Sheet, the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar, has taken cognizance of the offences in C.C.No.1250 of 2014 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
