No representation for the sole petitioner, who is arraigned as the accused in FIR in Crime No.381 of 2014 of P.S.Panjagutta, Hyderabad, for the offence punishable under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the entire investigation was completed and charge sheet was laid on 04.03.2015 and the same was assigned P.R.C.No.2 of 2015 on the file of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
