Rama Krishna, learned counsel representing Sri V.V. Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the loan liability in relation to which this writ petition was instituted has since been discharged. Learned counsel representing Sri Y. Vasudeva Rao, learned counsel for the Oriental Bank of Commerce, also confirms this. In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
