HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 8083 OF 2015 DATE: 30.03.2015 Between:

M/s. Stan Power, Hyderabad.

... Petitioner And Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation, rep., by its Commissioner, Rajahmundry & another.

... Respondents

This Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 8083 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)

On 27.03.2015, having found necessary party has not been impleaded, we granted leave to the petitioner to take steps for making corrections in the cause title.

It appears from the record that the learned counsel himself has corrected the cause title. When he was questioned, he submitted that he himself has corrected the cause title with the help of the Court Officer. It is to be recorded that in the meantime the petitioner has filed an application for amendment of the cause title in the writ petition. Learned lawyer, in our view, should not have made such corrections and should have waited for the order of the Court on the application filed by the petitioner. We therefore dismiss the writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
