This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 22 of A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, challenging the order, dated 11-06-2014 in I.A.No.130 of 2014 in R.C.No.106 of 2007 on the file of the I Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that R.C.No.106 of 2007 was disposed of by the trial Court and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
