VI NOD KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE P.SREE SUDHA TRC No.66 of 2004 ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Sri K.Raji Reddy, learned Special Standing counsel for Commercial Taxes (T.S.) appearing for the revision petitioner, and the learned counsel appearing the respondent-assessee would submit that the subject matter in this case is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Super Cassettes I ndustries Limited, Hyderabad and others v. Commissioner of Commercial Taxes and Others1. 2.

Following the above said judgment, this Court also dismissed similar batch of TRCs, filed by the State, vide TRC Nos.22, 41, 52, 83, 86, 103, 141, 188 & 196 of 2003, dt.18.10.2022. 3.

Following the above said judgments and in terms thereof, this Revision Case is dismissed. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
