Heard Sri G.Venkateswarlu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for the 6th respondent.
2. This writ petition is filed by a 3rd party questioning the action of the 6th respondent-Panchayat Secretary in misappropriating the pension of the pensioners. Obviously,
the pension was not related to the petitioner. It is stated in the writ petition that the petitioner along with some villagers submitted a representation dated 29-01-2015 to the 2nd respondent-District Collector reiterating the above said fact and requested him to take appropriate action against the 6th respondent. Inspite of that, according to the petitioner, the District Collector did not take any action. Feeling aggrieved, he filed the present writ petition.
3. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has no locus standi to file the present writ petition before this Court. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed at the stage of admission. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs. ___________________ R.KANTHA RAO, J.
