CVNR,J & JUD,J W.P.No.36364 of 2015 30.06.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash judgment and decree, dated 02.06.2010, in L.G.C.No.2 of 1999 on the file of the Special Court under A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, Hyderabad. 2.

The petitioners filed a memo for withdrawal vide USR No.19593 of 2017, dated 28.06.2017, wherein it is stated that the petitioners have paid Rs.64,26,000/- to respondent No.1 and that the said respondent has agreed to regularize the subject property on condition of withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of the aforementioned memo, the contents of which are reiterated by the learned counsel for the petitioners at the hearing, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
