ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order passed by this Court in WP No.21823 of 2016, dated 02.08.2016.

This Court disposed of the said writ petition giving liberty to the 2nd respondent to pass orders pursuant to the interview held on 25.08.2015, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 13.09.2017 stating that pursuant to the notification dated 2.3.2013, the selection committee verified the certificates produced by the petitioner and since he is not having ITI Diesel Mechanic qualification, his candidature was not considered for the post of Shramik/Conductor.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to agitate his rights before appropriate forum, if he is so aggrieved by the said proceedings.
