HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15598 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

It is informed that in CC No. 174 of 2013, matter is coming for appearance of the parties before the learned VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. As the matter stands, it is not appropriate for this Court to quash the proceedings and hence this petition is disposed of with the following observation:

Liberty is given to the petitioners/A1 & A2 to move the trial Court by an appropriate application to discharge them and upon such application filed by them, the trial Court shall dispose of the said petition on merits at the earliest. Considering the request of the petitioners/A1 & A2 and also observing that the first petitioner is an aged person, the appearance of the petitioenrs/A1 & A2 before trial Court is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
