THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23835 of 2009 And W.P.M.P.No.26463 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

W.P.M.P.No.26463 of 2016 is filed by the writ petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a petition for discharge before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adoni in C.C.No.672 of 2012. Petition is un-opposed. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the W.P.M.P. is allowed, permitting the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty as sought for. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
