THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4554 of 2013 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 22.08.2017, before the Registry stating that the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner before the lower court addressed a letter stating that the connected suit viz., O.SNo.43 of 2009 was itself dismissed on 19.01.2016 and the suit viz., O.S.No.93 of 2010, in question, was at the stage of arguments and he requested to not press the present revision. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption, 'for withdrawal'.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, "For Withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. He seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
