When the matter has taken up for haring, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that fresh proceedings have been initiated pursuant to the order dated 23.03.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7474 of 2015 by the Revenue Divisional Officer and notices having been given to the petitioners to appear on 26.08.2017 and the contempt case is liable to be closed.
