Chandraiah) The petitioner who is the applicant in O.A.No.5251 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal filed a miscellaneous application viz., M.A.No.2358 of 2015 before the Tribunal seeking to expedite the hearing of the O.A., and the same came to be dismissed, and therefore the petitioner assails the action of the Tribunal in not expediting the O.A. which is of the year 2014.

2. We do not see any reason to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to entertain this writ petition.
