Sri G.L.Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail other remedies available as per law. He also filed a letter dated 22.1.2018 in the registry in that regard. Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail other remedies available as per law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
