Mrs. Anita Ahuja, Party-in-Person, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the revision, and to that effect she also made an endorsement on the case bundle.

Recording the submission of the petitioner, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to file a suit afresh. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
