HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 10205 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioners/accused seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 67 of 2013 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Sections 447 & 506 r/w 34 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 23.6.2018 of Sub Inspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 29.5.2015 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 67 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
