Learned counsel for the petitioner was absent on 10.04.2015. On 17.04.2015, a request was made for adjournment. Today also, a request is made in the morning for adjournment and the same was refused and the case is passed over to afternoon. In the afternoon, when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioner.

2. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
