THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU SECOND APPEAL NO.8 9 9 OF 2 0 1 3 JUDGMENT:- The learned counsel for the appellant is present. He agrees that the order of eviction has already been executed and vacant possession has been delivered. He requests an appropriate order be passed.

In view of the fact that both the learned counsel agree that the decree of eviction has already been executed, nothing survives for consideration in this second appeal. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
