THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.30230 of 2018 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.11205 of 2019, dated 13.06.2019. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order of this Court in W.P.No.11205 of 2019, dated 13.06.2019, directing the petitioner to file fresh objections within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such objections, the respondents shall consider the same while preparing the final seniority list within a period of two months thereafter. However, it is needless to state that any promotion made will be subject to outcome of the final seniority list, which is likely to be prepared in pursuance to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Copy of the order dated 13.06.2019 in W.P.No.11205 of 2019 be annexed to this order.
