This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2016 and not releasing the death benefits and other benefits of the petitioner's husband, who died while in service. According to the petitioner, her husband died on 11.06.2012 while he was working as a Clerk in the Office of the Principal Accountant General. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is not maintainable before this Court and the petitioner has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
