The petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of his appeal pending before the 2nd respondent since 25-10-2012. The said appeal is filed questioning the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mancherial, in Proceedings No.G/2775/2012, dated 04-10-2002. The petitioner states that since the appeal is filed in the year 2012, it is necessary to hear and dispose of the said appeal at an early date.
Since the appeal is filed in the year 2012, the 2nd respondent is directed to fix an early date of hearing by issuing notice to all the parties and hear and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
