THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7669 OF 2011 ORDER:

It is fairly conceded by learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the matter is squarely covered by order dated 17-03-2011 passed in WP No.3916 of 2007 wherein this Court held that none of the provisions of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, empower the Corporation to levy or collect amounts towards administrative charges for lifting, transporting and dumping of the waste in dump yards and accordingly allowed the writ petition. Inasmuch as the subject matter of lis in this writ petition is also similar that of the one considered by this Court in WP No.3916 of 2007, this writ petition is allowed for the reasons and in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
