This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in C.C.No.27 of 2013 on the file of the court of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. The offence alleged is under Sections 498(A), 406, 506 and 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the case ended in acquittal vide judgment, dated 05.05.2014. 3.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 28.06.2013 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
