.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of agricultural land, in Sy Nos. 482/B/16, an extent of Ac. 1.34 cts and 482/B/17, an extent of Ac. 3.84 cts, situated at Vankayalapadu Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Guntur District, A.P. without initiating proceedings know to law, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14,21 and 300-A of the constitution of India and also Section 3 of the Government Grants Act, 1895 (formerly Crown Grants Act) and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to refrain from interfering in any manner with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said lands of the petitioner WPMP NO. 24012 OF 2015:

Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere in any manner with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of agricultural land, in Sy.Nos.482/B/16, an extent of Ac.1.34 cts and 482/B/17, an extent of Ac.3.84 cts, situated at Vankayalapadu Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Guntur District, A.P., pending disposal of WP No. 18566 of 2015 on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and made herein and order of the High Court dated 24-06-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI V SURYA KIRAN KUMAR Advocate for the Petitioner and G.P for Revenue for the Respondents and the Court made the following.
