THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No. 15589 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in crime No.103 of 2013 of P.S., Laxmanchanda, Adilabad District.

Learned Public Prosecutor filed a letter dated 19.2.2018 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, P.S., Laxmanchanda, Adilabad District, to the Public Prosecutor, reporting that in this case charge-sheet was filed and the cognizance was taken and the case was numbered as S.C. No.8 of 2015 on the file of A.S.J., Adilabad. 3.

Since the investigation has already been completed, cognizance was taken and the case was numbered, nothing survives in the criminal petition to adjudicate and it has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
