HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.86 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.426 of 2013 of Vikarabad Police Station, Ranga Reddy District for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 506 read with 34 I.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the police concerned filed a final report referring the above crime after completion of the investigation and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous without prejudice the rights of the petitioner to move if at all any cognizance in the final report under Section 190 Cr.P.C taken thereon or from any protest petition under Section 190 read with 200 Cr.P.C. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
