Aggrieved by the action of police authorities in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.266 of 2018 was registered on the file of 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Police Station, Abdullapurmet, Rangareddy District on 28.08.2018 against unofficial respondent No.3 and others, and taken up the investigation.

Recording the above statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
