The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the order dated 05.03.2016 passed by the second respondent in Rc.No.9996/ 15-G canceling the petitioner's dealership of F.P.Shop No.7, Ravipadu Village, Pedanandipadu Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner died.

Learned Standing Counsel for Civil Supplies submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition as fresh notification has to be issued. He further states that no purpose would be served by bringing the legal heirs of the petitioners on record. However, he submits that if the Legal Representatives of the petitioner makes a representation seeking dealership, the same shall be considered. 5.

Recording the above submission made, the writ petition is disposed of holding that the legal representatives of the petitioner shall make an application to the authorities for dealership of the fair price shop on compassionate grounds, in which event, the authorities shall consider the same in accordance with law. 6.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
