Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition on the ground that for challenging the impugned order, Criminal Revision Case ought to have been filed, but not the present Criminal Petition.

Permission is granted.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the documents, if any, filed and the material papers to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
