HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.2298 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that I.A.No.389 of 2012 filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.761 of 2011 is pending before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, wherein the petitioner had sought police aid after he had been granted an ad interim injunction on 11.07.2011 in I.A.No.842 of 2011 therein, which is said to be subsisting and that the said application is not being taken up for disposal by the Court below.

Having regard to the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, to decide the I.A.No.389 of 2012 in O.S.No.761 of 2011 on his file, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, positively. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
