Sri L.Ravichander, learned senior counsel, appearing for Sri D.Devender Rao, learned counsel for the 1st respondent in CRP Nos.866 and 891 of 2016 and for Ms.D.Pramada, learned counsel for the petitioner in CRP Nos.2435, 3411 and 3587 of 2016, submits that the Original Petition in O.P.No.101 of 2003 was disposed of by the Court below on 21.10.2019 and as such, the subject matter of these Civil Revisions Petitions, which arise from the orders passed in the interlocutory applications in the subject Original Petition, has become infructuous. The learned senior counsel had also filed a memo to that effect in CRP Nos.866 and 891 of 2016.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions.

Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Civil Revision Petitions shall stand closed.
