THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.31503 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri Maheswara Rao Kuncheam, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 16.11.2015 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition in order to workout his other legal remedies in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
