This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 28.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.185 of 2016 in O.S.No.103 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Karimnagar. As per the office note, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 01.09.2016.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
