HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Appeal No.601 of 2015 And Writ Petition No. 20395 of 2015 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Kiran Kumar Vadlamudi, learned counsel holding for Mr. S. Sriram, learned counsel appearing for the respondentInstitution/college submits that they do not desire to run B.Pharmacy course during academic year 2015-16 and prayed for transferring the students already admitted under Convener quota and Management quota to other recognized college(s).

Learned Advocate General for the appellant-University submits that they are prepared to accommodate/transfer the students admitted under Convener quota and Management quota to other recognized college/institution. Hence, we dispose of the writ appeal by the following order:

"The writ petition itself is disposed of as not pressed. The students admitted under Convener quota are directed to approach the Convener within a period of ten days from today. The Convener shall transfer those students to other recognized college(s) within a period of two weeks therefrom. The students admitted under Management quota are directed to approach the Registrar of the University within a period of ten days from today. The Registrar is directed to accommodate/transfer those students to other recognized college(s) within a period of two weeks therefrom. The respondent-institution/college is directed to refund

the fees paid by the aforementioned students within a period of one week from today. It is needless to mention that the admission of these students in other recognized college(s) would be subject to adjustment of fee, if any."

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
