THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE Nos.53, 54, 55, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 66 and 80 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Since the order which is alleged as not complied by the respondents is now reviewed and writ petitions are restored, at this stage, it cannot be said that there is disobedience, much less wilful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court, warranting initiation of contempt proceedings.

The contempt cases are accordingly closed. However, it is needless to observe that if the petitioners succeed in the writ petitions, they are always entitled to take further course of action as warranted by law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Contempt Cases shall stand closed.
