THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 29032 of 2013 O R D E R:
The petitioner, who is issueless and further allegedly burdened by the acts of commissions and omissions of the 3rd Respondent, states to have filed a complaint before the 2nd Respondent against the 3rd Respondent.

Now the grievance in the writ petition is that the 2nd Respondent is not taking up the complaint, registering the crime, much less investigating into the allegations made by the petitioner. 3.
The Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that basing on the complaint, a case in Crime No.299/ 2013 under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 81 and 82 of Indian Registration Act, has been registered againt the 3rd Respondent. 4.
In view of the above, Mr. Mohd. Asifuddin, counsel for petitioner states that the statement of Assistant Government Pleader may be placed on record and the writ petition be closed, as no further orders are necessary.

Accordingly, the statement of Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record, and the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
